Due to some major life changes, and lack of finances we were forced to stop actively rescuing last fall, but were BLESSED to find rescue and adopters for ALL our rescues! :) Since then we have successfully helped save several more stray, abandoned and at risk pups, including a precious six week old Coon Hound pup dumped in a trash can and another Hound mix abandoned when his "family" moved and left him behind. Both went to rescue and the baby has since been adopted by a WONDERFUL family! :) Just proof that no matter WHERE you're at in life, and what challenges you face, you CAN make a difference RIGHT WHERE YOU'RE AT!! I continue to actively network animals in need and deathrow animals via Facebook, spent a month volunteering at a rescue in need of some extra help and have created a new page to encourage and inspire people that may be facing challenges right now. The page is called "Most Richly Blessed" and you can find it on Facebook. I'd be HONORED if you'd join me there and share YOUR stories, ideas and favorite inspirational and uplifting thoughts, pictures and ideas! :) You can also find me on Twitter (MostRichlyBlessed1). Please join me! :)

As I mentioned on a previous page, I currently have a campaign going to raise the MUCH needed funds to get P1210M up and running and making a REAL difference for those that need it the most, so please check it out, help if you can, and share with everyone you can. While one CAN make a difference, there IS power in numbers, and we ALL need to come together to bring about lasting change.

One of the reasons I have such a heart and passion for the homeless and hurting, both people and animals, is because God has allowed me to face many challenges in my life, particularily in the last few years. I am facing another NOW. Due to a seperation from my husband I myself am currently living in a motel and trying desperately to keep my "fur kids" safe until I can get back into a home and find work. Ironic isn't it? I want SO MUCH to see P1210M flurish and help those in need, and I myself am now in the SAME POSITION as those I want to help! But now I am MORE DETERMINED THAN EVER that I WILL bring this ministry to fruition! Won't you join me?

7/27/11 We've had even more wonderful progress! We have not only made a total of 115 friends and supporters on our Facebook page but recieved a total of $545 much need donations through our chip in as well as $95 non chip! Amazing! We are currently holding a fund raising event to keep our doors open and grow as a ministry! I for one, desperately want to not only be able to continue caring for the awesome fur kids we have with us now but REALLY want to start making some REAL changes in our community! I cant thank those of you who've shown your support, financially or otherwise, enough for believing in our dream too! God bless!!
7/15/11 WE HAVE MADE SOME GREAT PROGRESS in just the last two weeks! We have hit 100 supporters on our Facebook page (A milestone for sure!) and donations are slowly starting to come in. To date we have recieved $20 in our chip in and $90 sent via mail/Western Union! ($75 of which was used for emergency transport) We haven't touched the chip in because we'd like it to get up to a level useable for preventatives for everyone ($160 or so) before we withdraw any of the funds. The other wonderful donation will be used to buy treats for the pups today. We have 3 different sizes of fur kids here so we will be buying three different bags of biscuits so everybuddy gets the treat just right for them! :)
We are still in major need of everything on our list, most especially preventatives for fleas/hw, fencing, crates and dog beds at the moment, and ofcourse funds for licensing and 501c3. We are at a stand still here with 14 pups and NO rescues or adoptors stepping up and can use any and all help you can give. Im SO excited for the progress we've made and I know we will continue to make! Thanks for your support of our mission and ministry! God bless!

6/30/11
Although things have exploded on the home front, with 5 adoptables and two fosters, as well as a save we adopted ourselves, there is really nothing to report as far as growth of the ministry. We have yet to recieve any help or donations towards our goals, but hold out faith that change is coming soon! :)
4/15/11 Not much to report. We have 44 wonderful supporters on our Facebook page, but ZERO financial support at this point. Our IMMEDIENT goals are our kennel license, and then our 501c3 status, at a cost of approx. $1200 if you can help to accomplish this goal, please do not hesitate to contact us! Thanks and God bless!
So, we've been doing some brainstorming around here lately about the direction we'd like P1210M to take
in the future and this is what we've come up with.
Besides being able to provide low cost (or in some cases FREE) spay and nueter to the public, fencing, crate
and obedience training for chained dogs and the pet food pantry. We would really like to start a garden to
benefit the ministry in a two- fold way as well. First, we would sell our veggies at local flea markets
proceeds benefitting the ministries, but it would ALSO open up the door to "advertise" for P1210M, our
mission and to educate the public in a non-threatening way at an event that, in the South atleast ALWAYS
involves the sale and trade of animals. Then with whatever products don't sell, or that we have an
over abundance of, we will donate to local pantries and soup kitchens to feed the hungry in our community
that could benefit from the availability of  free fresh produce. :)
Towards the end of educating our youth and instilling a sence of responsibility and compassion we would
like to involve them in every aspect of rescue, training and adoption. From the shelter and the streets, to daily
the spay and nueter process (and the importance of!), to hands on learning of obedience training, the happy
end result of their hard work, and all the responsibilities that are involved in the process! :)
And our future goal and DREAM is to be able to provide temperary (up to 12months) ministry housing for
families (and their pets!) that become homeless. During which time they will volunteer with P1210M, take part
in life planning, budgeting and if need be addiction programs. Whatever their needs are to become self
sufficient, healthy and whole again, all while sparing their animals a trip to the shelters as well!

Feed back?

Well, here we are at day one, just setting things up and getting ready to share my dream with the world, it's exciting and TERRIFYING at the same time! I mean.... I KNOW how badly this ministry is needed, but do you? I am completely passionate about my cause, but will you be? What if I fail? What if I succeed? ....... The usual first day jitters I suppose! ;) Thank you for sharing my dreams with me......

12/20/2010   Not much happening yet, a little bit of support for our Face Book page "Proverbs1210Ministries" (be sure to "Like" us there too!) but NO donations so far. Going to network some more and keep the faith. We'll keep planting the seeds and trust God to grow them! :)

12/23/2010 Still not alot doing, been tweakin the site and networking, adding new avenues for people to help. I'm so excited about what we're doing here! Have a blessed Christmas everybuddy! See ya in the new year!
